The Farmhouse is approached via its own private road and is a traditional farmhouse with heavy, ancient oak beams. The house, with its own road leading to the property, is totally private.

GROUND FLOOR: Entrance hall incorporating curtained arch passageway containing washing machine and dryer, kitchen, containing an open log fire, is equipped with a split level electric self-clean oven and ceramic hob, large refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. A glazed door leads to the east dining terrace with a tiled roof and arches with outside dining furniture and barbeque.

An arch leads from the kitchen to the dining room with French windows opening onto the south terrace. There are two large double bedrooms on the ground floor: the main bedroom containing French windows to the south terrace, and a separate bathroom with a shower, basin and WC.

The rectangular sitting room with French windows overlooking the west side, contains a wood burning stove and is reached via a glazed hallways door or by the arch separating the dining room which has stairs leading to:

FIRST FLOOR containing two further double bedrooms and a separate bathroom with a bath (with shower attachment), basin and WC. There are electric heaters in all rooms.

OUTSIDE there are climbing plants of roses, jasmine, vines and honeysuckle around the house, the south terrace and the east terrace. A short path leads to the shaped swimming pool which is set in a secluded spot, designed to blend with the surrounding rock woodland landscape with a canopied area by the pool.
