BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to book, please send a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total rental price, following which a letter of confirmation of your booking will be sent to you. It is understood that the person making the booking acts on behalf of all members of the party. The balance of the rental, along with a returnable deposit of £500 for the houses and £250 for the Coach House to cover damage, breakages and outstanding bills incurred must be paid in full 8 WEEKS BEFORE THE BOOKING. If payment is not made within this period, a decision may be made to re-let the property. For bookings made within 8 weeks prior to rental date, the full amount of the rental plus the returnable deposit must be paid immediately. The returnable deposit will be repaid by post at the end of the rental unless the use of a telephone or telephone/fax is required (no telephone at Coach House) in which case an itemised France Telecom invoice will be sent to you and the amount will be deducted from the returnable deposit, along with a standard charge of £15 (tel) £30 (tel/fax). PROPERTIES ARE AVAILABLE FROM 4pm ON ARRIVAL DAY AND MUST BE VACATED BY 9am ON THE FINAL SATURDAY. A charge for electricity will be made from October to May (inclusive) by meter reading. Negotiations may be made for long rentals, i.e. 1-6 months. Linen and towels are included in the rental price; clients are requested to provide their own pool/beach towels.
The properties should be left clean and tidy and a surcharge will be imposed for any unacceptable mess or late departure.
PLEASE NOTE:
THE HOUSES ACCOMMODATE A MAXIMUM OF EIGHT PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN (TWO AT COACH HOUSE): arrangements should be discussed for any extra or visiting guests, for which there will be a surcharge of £25 per person per night. You must arrange your own insurance cover for personal effects, accidents and medical insurance etc.
