The Valley House is a very pretty, light and airy
house, has its own private road leading to the house
and is set in a beautiful, shallow valley surrounded
by terraces containing olive trees. There are
beautiful views from the terraces to the Monastery,
which is perched on the nearby Bessillon mountain. A
magical atmosphere prevails in this part of the
estate and the house is totally private. The
accommodation comprises:
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance hall, which may be used as
separate study/office, separate cloakroom with WC
and basin, with an arch leading to the main
bedroom, a separate bathroom containing shower,
basin and WC and a further bedroom. These rooms are separated from the main rooms
by double glazed door. The rectangular
shaped sitting room contains an open log fire and a
glazed door opens onto the south terrace.
Glazed double doors lead from the sitting room to
the kitchen, which is equipped with a washing
machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer,
split level electric self-clean oven and ceramic
hob.
The kitchen is separated by an arch to the dining
room which contains an open log fire and glazed door to the east terrace which incorporates a
barbecue.
The
south terrace with a tiled roof spanned by
arches runs the entire length of the house with
furniture for outside dining and relaxing. Stairs lead from the
sitting
room to:
FIRST FLOOR, containing: two further double
bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath (with shower attachment),
basin and WC. There are electric heaters in all rooms.
OUTSIDE: The east terrace overlooks the swimming
pool with steps leading from the south and east
terraces. There is a canopied area by the pool, a
terraced garden and climbing plants of wisteria,
roses and jasmine and honeysuckle.
